Key Employee Development

You have a key employee that has promise and needs help moving to the next level.

What I do:

  • 1:1 coaching to identify how the person wants to develop and guidance on how to get there
  • Training on key skills required to help them be more successful at their roles and responsibilities, including:
    • How to communicate better up and down the organization
    • How to work with financial and operational data to make better decisions
    • How to work better with technology for people who are not ‘technology people’
  • Guidance on specific challenges they encounter while managing other people in the organization

What I don’t do:

  • I’m not a manager. If you have a great contributor who needs regular management, I’m not that person.
  • I’m not a crutch. My goal is to make your team successful in their jobs, not to do part of their jobs for them.
