Executive Advisory

I help CEOs remove bottlenecks and overcome challenges where there are no obvious solutions, usually related to money, people, and/or technology.

What I do:

  • High-level data analysis with special attention to key operational and financial data
  • High-level modeling for things such as ROI scenarios, business model changes, operational decisions, technical investments, hiring scenarios
  • Help advise on key technical challenges and investments

What I don’t do:

  • I’m not a fractional executive, which means I’m there to manage internal resources and individual responsibilities/tasks
  • While I can draft basic memos about what we’re working on, I don’t create formal PowerPoint, reports, or process and procedure manuals.
